IMPACT 36 Plus is the worlds first computer controlled LP RV generator. IMPACT Series includes an inverter (WAVE SHAPER) for superior sine wave. Compatible with all electrical loads within its rating including the price entry microwave ovens and price entr Engine: Generac OHVI, Fuel Type: LP, Liquid Propane, Watts: 3,400, Dimensions L x W x H (in.): 20 1/2 x 17 x 16 3/4, Volts: 120, Amps: 28.3, Typical Application: Truck Camper, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel.

Generac selects LP RV generator engine designs from around the world that are specifically suited to electrical power generation and modifies them to Generac specifications. Generac modifications for each engine include; Generac-designed LP fuel delivery, cooling, and exhaust systems. Depending upon the specific size, 98% of Generac alternators feature internally manufactured rotors and stators. As an added measure of safety and customer confidence, most Generac LP products are Listed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Besides LP, RV generators can be powered by gasoline or diesel fuel depending upon what makes the most sense for the particular installation. One of the unique features of these Generac generators is the extra sound abatement, and muffling that has been built into the product line. In some campgrounds (including State and National Parks) there are now strict noise limits so that RV campers do not disturb their neighbors, and the acceptance of portable electricity may be grudging (at best).

Recommended RV generators:
